Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, NO cancellations are possible, as orders are processed and prepared for shipping immediately, however you can email us to change or modify the order within 12 hours of placing order, and we may be able to modify the order for you.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, in the same condition as received.

Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return.

Non Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. This includes products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable processing time. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval, please first check with your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged or defective product.

Shipping charges are non refundable.
