How is this different from a cheap derma roller?
A roller rotates as it moves, so the needles enter and leave at an angle and drag the skin sideways. This stamps straight down and lifts straight up, which makes a clean channel. Each head is sterile and single-use, so it never blunts and there is nothing to disinfect.
Can I use it with retinol or vitamin C?
Not on treatment night. Skip all other actives for 24 hours afterwards, because you have opened channels and strong actives will sting and irritate. Resume your normal routine the following evening.
Is it safe if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
