Orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 8–12 business days to most destinations, including the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and the Middle East.
You will get a tracking link the moment your parcel ships. Items sourced from different warehouses may arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking numbers — that is normal and nothing is missing.

The magnets are water-resistant, so rain is completely fine. We don't recommend swimming though — not because they'd be damaged, but because if one does come loose in a pool you're not getting it back.

Gently peel from the inner or outer corner. It takes one to two seconds per eye — no remover, no soaking, no pulling at your lash line.
